So while living t and t supermarket vaguely wonder if, before long the question has been without increases can catch outside. After all, it was separately taking the time to look for related information. Search for companies who think I vaguely usual domestic enterprises with domestic companies was not true, each of convenience stores has been found that in a new world. And points never even thought of deogunyo t and t supermarket come in a few eyes. I think seuchyeot the various heads together and find something that feels new. I really think that you're here live not knowing a lot deuldeogunyo. ^^;
So I want to see global sum that I learned today. But a lot less than a minute you're already well aware of this fact reveals, that as these facts are obviously unfamiliar with, or at all, or for those who do not think will ever reveal. Focusing on these points t and t supermarket and that can be commonly found in convenience stores around t and t supermarket we are operating in a company, and we'll arrange another on the bottom through any process that leads to now.
Family Mart (Family Mart) and By The Way (Buy the way) one quite often entering the eye is a Seven-Eleven convenience stores with immediately. Before coming to the story it seemed to appreciate relatively less snow than the body two places, but they are hit frequently encountered t and t supermarket Walking the streets. t and t supermarket As many as getjiyo story that lies where. Seven-Eleven convenience stores and other I never thought I'd be doing this, unlike t and t supermarket domestic companies t and t supermarket operating any less was little. This is because red, the color of the green band painted over "7 Eleven" Mark looked as exotic. Consider t and t supermarket look now, but the reasons are unknown, got that feeling. However, any company operating in a certain country, and it did japhijil itneunjineun sense.
But today I find information related to the Seven-Eleven, Seven-Eleven Japan was the company. Western books if other countries did not even think eotgie without knowing Japanese at all, the idea that a bit surprising heard. Eleven of the company name is Seven-Eleven Japan (Seven-Eleven Japan Co. Ltd) is a Japanese subsidiary deogunyo of the parent t and t supermarket company, Seven & Eye Holdings t and t supermarket (Seven & I Holdings Co. 株式会社 セ ブ ン & ア イ ホ ー ル デ ィ ン グ ス).
Seven-Eleven is not in fact this was the first time starting from Japanese companies. Seven-Eleven is said to have been originally founded by a de-icing t and t supermarket company Southland in Oak Cliff section of Dallas, Texas, USA in 1927. The company has had an extraordinary ilgagyeon in frozen and cooled t and t supermarket by the ice-making companies, the big refrigerator with milk, bread, eggs packed food, including special administration and then sold to the local people that haneungunyo evenings and Sundays. This was the beginning of a convenience store. What was Seven-Eleven begins using the name since 1946, which resulted eotdago intended to highlight the hours 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.. In the United States, at the time of 7:00 am to 11 pm o'clock this business was something unprecedented. This was due to receive a lot of attention malyijiyo. Common during the year 1963 has come to be year-round, 24-hour stores are opened.
Since Seven-Eleven Japan has been far in advance, Seven-Eleven Japan is located in a thriving even more than in the United States. Then meantime, it entered the 1980s are nowhere Seven-Eleven operates sign South raendeusa the US rushes in bankruptcy. At this time, the Japanese who operates a supermarket chain, Seven-Eleven chain in Japan, Ito-Caddo is required to access the South raendeusa, 1991 will go buy the majority shares of the South raendeusa. This mission of this store reigns over Southland in Japan and the 7-Eleven, it will be converted into Inc. But this part, I think is a little ironic passage. Malyijiyo swallow up the company in locations corresponding to the franchises was doedani.
November 2005, Ito - succeeded in buying a stake in the parent company Seven-Eleven Japan Seven & I Corporation Caddo amount of urine and the US company which was eventually just fall away completely Seven-Eleven Japan is the company. Therefore, right now 日 Seven & Seven-Eleven is a subsidiary of a child. Personally, I feel that ARM, worse if left to continue the Seven-Eleven US companies. No, our company yeotdamyeon malyijiyo would have been better. Pity.
Seven-Eleven is the current situation in nearly 20 countries and operates a convenience store chain in. Canada, USA, Mexico, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, the Republic of Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, the Philippines, Thailand, t and t supermarket Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey, Australia and throughout the world is that convenience stores have been opened. I had received a considerable shock, then you know the first fact, too often encountered in day-to-day 'Lotte' group is the fact that Japanese companies yideogunyo not our business. t and t supermarket I was unaware of that fact for quite a long time. (Founder of the Korean-Japanese people in Japan: Shigeru Takeo Mitsu / Korea people... The Japanese company Shin Kyuk-Ho yideogunyo Founded in Japanese Lotte Holdings, said that as president he will have Japan and South Korea Lotte Group, Lotte Group and unification for more information See the Wikipedia article Lotte Group are)
By The Way (Buy the way) is a native of the Republic of Korea convenience store franchise chain founded in June 1990, welcomed That's also domestic companies. I had prayed more than 1000 different t and t supermarket stores nationwide by 2005. Originally started in Korea Retail t and t supermarket Holdings was sold to Orient Orion Group based yieoteuna 2005 [see link], since January 2010 for the sale again embraced Lotte Eleven mentioned above. [See link]
In the case of Korea, in January 1990 through a partnership with FamilyMart bogwangsa (Family t and t supermarket Mart) it will appear in the country. 2011 criteria. The only city of the nation's more than 260 convenience stores nationwide group. He opened nine stores in the end of May 2012 will be based on operating the store was a haneungunyo 7271. But give separate statistics show later in this article, convenience store market share by number of stores, which account t and t supermarket for the above seems to be quite a lot.
But with an eye-see part of that future FamilyMart has not remain longer 'Family Mart'. He Bogwang Family Mart which was separated into an independent company at the 1994 Bogwang t and t supermarket (Family Mart) has changed the company name in about two month ago BGF Retail in June 2012, while Japan FamilyMart (Family Mart) and the headquarters of the termination of the license agreement The most recent two months on August 1, all FamilyMart stores have been converted t and t supermarket to make its own brand of CU BGF Retail (Bogwang).
In a word, from August 1, 2012 All FamilyMart (Family Mart) is the count that will be converted into a new brand called 'CU'. This fact, Did You Know ...? I did not know before. I seek out data deogunyo. D own brand of domestic companies. I would be pleased to? But Japan is said to be FamilyMart (Family Mart) is a strategic partnership of the two shares t and t supermarket are held by shareholders or 23.48% t and t supermarket of the existing BGF Retail (Bogwang) remains intact. Now that the family is the second-largest shareholder, I do not know, maybe there is a big difference map.
Well. I'm well aware of that has come the turn of the GS25. GS25 is a top LG25 was first founded in February 1990 under the name, the Republic of Korea is the first independent convenience store franchise chain. Unlike other convenience store, and share information through t and t supermarket their partnership with Japanese brands have deployed a project, LG25 (GS25) is proprietary to proceed with the project and has been trial and error. After separation from the LG Group, GS Group in March 2005 as LG25 series will be renamed to GS25.
Mini Stop (Ministop, ミ ニ ス ト ッ プ) headquartered in convenience stores were also introduced, like May 21, 1980 Mihama-ku, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, to start a franchise convenience store chain in Japan. Of course in Japan, local convenience stores are operated, in addition operates a store in China, and the Philippines. Do you have ever seen the logo on that.
