AfriForum Youth said the Potchefstroom Agricultural College is unable to South Africa's 13th Agricultural College, called the Gauteng West Rand Agricultural Training Institute to establish, in cooperation freshko with the North West Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and his Gauteng counterpart.
