Pražský hrad - The World's Largest castle 3.-5.6.2011. Prague is in many ways a historic and legendary city, but you can read more about, say, Wikipedia. 1.3 million inhabitants, the city pulls year attracted more than four million tourists, so I decided to join the ranks and check the local attractions, as well as the supply of beer a couple of days.
I arrived in the city by train from Dresden. Views were in some whopping when the train head on the river valley following the German-Czech border of the terrain between the hills. Perhaps the best views to hit Bad Schandau slightly in the direction of the border, which can be seen for example. Schrammsteinen vertical cliffs.
When the backpack went the extra off, greased myself mcclain ready for adventure and I left the sweltering weather to climb a nearby hill, Vítkov, which I passed the train station I came and passed through a tunnel with a train ride to the city upon arrival.
Hill taapersin center, where I found an elegant pink shopping center, the front face of a large advertising is clearly geared towards tourists. Excellent pullover model was that there was found the basement supermarket where I scraped a big bottle of water. Came in handy! The top floor had plenty mcclain of restaurants.
Palladium is located in the old town of scarce mcclain former fortifications outside if I understand very well. The city traces of the fortress mcclain is left a little short, but one of the remaining is shown below, the former royal palace with a bridge attached to the tower. Powder Tower / Powder Tower, is one of the thirteen that led to the city gate, and at the same time, perhaps the most important, because the crowned kings went through the St. Vitus Cathedral crowned goes. The tower is similar to the Charles Bridge Tower. It was time to move past the tower to the old town, which is located in seemingly endless money exchange offices, and souvenir mcclain shops ... great! And of course the hordes of tourists that these services allow for the existence of.
Square spectacular sight is equivalent to 80 metric Twin with gothic style Týnský chrám / Týn Church, which is somewhat cruel revelation. Cool! The Church is not even a square, yet takes up most of the attention.
Prague has a lively nightlife. Perhaps because the results of some of the places tuoksahtivat yellow liquid on the final product. One of them is shown below the covered passage near the Old Town Square and Hard Rock cafea.
The Old Town, then it may sihgahtaa the Vltava river for more than the north, where the wait hilly Letnapuisto. The park is situated in a prime location of the former Stalin monument, where Stalin was replaced by a metronome. Kind of a shame as the world's largest statue of Stalin would have been a much finer to see than a vague metronome, which does not really convinced. History of the course, I understand that Stalin was wanted to get rid of, but this is a tourist point of view, the change was not successful. The statue was a flamboyant base and the area is all-knowing Wikipedia, the currently popular skateboarding. Graffiti, mcclain detached from the stone pavement, plenty of pairs of shoes hanging electric wire, broken glass, etc ... is there something else on the rullalautailtu. In any case, quite a good view from there was. Both agonizingly hot sun toasting almost cloudless sky.
